Amanda Nagrotsky is the Senior Counsel for 340B Health, a nonprofit organization of more than 1,500 hospitals and health systems participating in the federal 340B drug pricing program.

Ms. Nagrotsky works with a team of lawyers and government relations staff on regulatory, legislative and legal matters related to the 340B program. She educates member hospitals on 340B compliance and implementation and informs them of program developments. Additionally, Ms. Nagrotsky conducts research and prepares legal analyses and advocacy documents on various 340B issues.

Prior to joining 340B Health, she worked as a legal intern at Quality Trust for Individuals with Disabilities, a nonprofit group that advocates for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Ms. Nagrotsky received her bachelor's degree with high distinction from the University of Michigan. She received her law degree with honors from the George Washington University Law School, where she was a member of the Public Contract Law Journal as well as the Moot Court and Mock Trial Boards. Ms. Nagrotsky is a member of the New York and Virginia Bars.
