The dispute between manufacturers and 340B stakeholders over access to 340B pricing for drugs dispensed by contract pharmacies continues to usurp the 340B benefit from safety net health care providers. The battle is being waged in the courts, by the Health Resources and Services Administration, and by 340B covered entities and their representative associations.
