As the clinical and administrative responsibilities of pharmacy technicians continue to grow, one emerging area includes the 340B program. Techs’ training and work experience hones knowledge and skills that translate well to work in 340B, making them natural leaders in this segment of pharmacy. With many key qualifications, what additional steps can techs take to further excel? Moreover, how can 340B senior leaders engage techs in a mutually beneficially way?
