340B Health’s Statement on Omnibus Guidance
340B Health is pleased that the draft “mega-guidance” for the 340B drug discount program was released today. It has been a long time coming. There are gray areas in the program and we look forward to having more clarity. This is an important process and it is our hope that safety-net healthcare providers will not find themselves limited in their ability to meet their mission to treat the underserved.
