Welcome to the 340B Enrollment Resource Center!

340B Health, a nonprofit membership organization representing over 1,500 hospitals nationwide that participate in the 340B drug discount program, has assembled the resources below to provide members, prospective members, and other interested parties with valuable information about everything from enrollment to advocacy. Hospitals and other providers enrolled in 340B have access to steeply discounted outpatient pharmaceuticals; discounts range from 25-50 percent.

Some of the documents below are for 340B Health members only. Even if your hospital is not yet enrolled in 340B, you can join 340B Health as an Affiliate member for just $950 and have access to these and other resources.
