Alicia Kimi is the Legal Counsel for 340B Health, a nonprofit organization of more than 1,600 hospitals and health systems participating in the federal 340B drug pricing program.

Before joining 340B Health, Ms. Kimi served as an attorney at the U.S. Dept. of Veterans Affairs. She also litigated personal injury cases and worked with other nonprofit and government organizations.  

Ms. Kimi received her bachelor’s degree with distinction from Old Dominion University and her law degree with distinction from New England School of Law. She is a member of the D.C. and Virginia Bars.
