Chris Crosswhite is the Counsel for 340B Health, a nonprofit organization of more than 1,500 hospitals and health systems participating in the federal 340B drug pricing program.

Before joining 340B Health, Mr. Crosswhite spent 33 years in the health care practices of Duane Morris, LLP, Vinson & Elkins, LLP, and Wood, Lucksinger & Epstein. He specialized in health care regulatory issues, representing hospitals and health care providers in Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE reimbursement matters, Medicare compliance issues, and fraud and abuse regulations.

Mr. Crosswhite received his law degree, with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was a member of the Texas Law Review and Order of the Coif. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, History, & Legal Studies, summa cum laude, from Rice University. He was listed in U.S. News/Best Lawyers “The Best Lawyers in America” from 2001 through 2019 and is a member of the D.C. and Texas bars.
