David Glendinning is the Senior Director of Communications for 340B Health, a nonprofit organization of more than 1,500 hospitals and health systems participating in the federal 340B drug pricing program.

Mr. Glendinning creates a wide range of content about 340B Health for external and internal audiences, including as the chief content editor for 340bhealth.org.

Mr. Glendinning has more than 15 years of experience in the Washington, D.C., health policy arena. Prior to joining 340B Health, he was a strategic communications consultant with Humana, a Fortune 100 health and wellness company. Before that he spent more than a decade as a health care journalist, most recently as a managing editor at American Medical News, a weekly newspaper for physicians published by the American Medical Association.

Mr. Glendinning received his B.A. in English from Williams College. He has received numerous awards for his writing, including the Peter Lisagor Award for Exemplary Journalism as well as honors from the American Society of Healthcare Publication Editors and the American Society of Business Publication Editors.
