Gilda Yeboah is the Senior Manager of Pharmacy Services for 340B Health, a nonprofit organization of more than 1,500 hospitals and health systems participating in the federal 340B drug pricing program.

Ms. Yeboah works closely with member hospitals to identify and resolve operational issues affecting 340B. She provides technical assistance and develops resources and tools for members to facilitate program understanding and compliance.

Prior to joining 340B Health, Ms. Yeboah was a pharmacist and 340B business specialist at Holy Cross Health. She was an electronic health record “super user,” led the hospital’s Pharmacy & Therapeutics and Medication Safety Committees, and managed the hospital’s response to COVID-19. She received her PharmD from the University of Saint Joseph School of Pharmacy and maintains an active pharmacy license in the state of Maryland.
