Kalika Shah is the Senior Manager, Membership and Data Analytics for 340B Health, a nonprofit organization of more than 1,500 hospitals and health systems participating in the federal 340B drug pricing program.

At 340B Health, Ms. Shah works primarily with Hospital and Health System membership and data management, including recruitment, retention and member onboarding.

Ms. Shah graduated with a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis. Prior to joining 340B Health, she worked as a coordinator for a residency program that provides dental care to underserved populations. She has experience growing small businesses and initiatives that cater towards communities in need.
