Kayla Sembly is the Senior Manager of Policy for 340B Health, a nonprofit organization of more than 1,400 hospitals and health systems participating in the federal 340B drug pricing program.

Prior to joining 340B Health, Ms. Sembly served as a health policy analyst for the Maryland Department of Health, developing regulations and policies for Maryland Medicaid behavioral health providers.

Ms. Sembly received her Master of Public Health in Health Systems & Policy from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Swarthmore College.
