Meetali Desai is a Pharmacy leader with more than a decade of experience managing 340B program for large DSH hospitals. In her current role as the Director, Pharmacy Business Services, at UMass Memorial Medical Center, she established a system 340B structure, and developed and implemented strategies for program growth. She also provides leadership to Pharmacy Revenue Cycle and Pharmacy Contracting and Supply Chain teams and has proven track record of spearheading initiatives to improve financial performance of the department. She is adept at project management, strategic planning, contract negotiation, budgeting, and financial analysis. She serves on the 340B Health Pharmacy Services Committee and Macrohelix Advisory Board.
