Patrick McGary is the Senior Vice President of Operations for 340B Health, a nonprofit organization of more than 1,500 hospitals and health systems participating in the federal 340B drug pricing program.

Mr. McGary oversees the business and general operations of 340B Health, including membership, corporate partner initiatives, conference operations, information technology, and non-dues revenue generation.

Mr. McGary has extensive experience in health care associations. Before joining 340B Health, he held management roles at both nonprofit and for-profit organizations, most recently as vice president, membership development at the National Retail Federation. Prior to that he held roles as chief operating officer at the Heart Failure Society of America and The American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition. As COO, he was responsible for membership, marketing, human resources, operations, strategic growth, and finance.

Mr. McGary received his B.S. in Hotel Management from the University of Massachusetts, an advanced certificate in strategic human resources from Cornell University, and the Certified Association Executive designation from the American Society of Association Executives.
