Rebecca Swartz is the Senior Manager, Policy and Compliance for 340B Health, a nonprofit organization of more than 1,500 hospitals and health systems participating in the federal 340B drug pricing program.

Prior to joining 340B Health, Rebecca worked as a Phlebotomist/Lab Assistant for Samaritan Hospital and Albany Memorial Hospital. She graduated with a B.A. in Sociology from Smith College.
