Staffing 340B

Wednesday, April 14

Register Now!

DURATION: 60 minutes, including Q & A.

Optimal 340B program staffing is essential to maintain compliance and take advantage of program opportunities. Learn about how different organizations staff their programs including number of FTEs, roles and responsibilities, and qualifications. Large systems may centralize certain functions while standalone hospitals may have 340B program staff that also perform non-340B functions, particularly small critical access hospitals. Different organizations use different metrics to determine how many staff are needed. Some hospitals feel that more staff would lead to increased program benefit.

INTENDED AUDIENCE: 340B hospital program managers, coordinators, and finance staff.

  • Caroline Steinberg, VP of Research and Policy Analytics, 340B Health
  • Sandra F. Durley, PharmD, Senior Associate Director, Ambulatory Care Pharmacy, University of Illinois Hospital & Health Sciences System
