2026 340B Hospital Recertification Webinar

Join 340B Health for a webinar covering information for completing the annual hospital recertification process. Covered entities must complete annual recertification, which involves verifying the accuracy of entity information in the Office of Pharmacy Affairs Information System (OPAIS) and certifying to eligibility and compliance with 340B participation requirements. Hospitals that do not complete the recertification process will be removed from the 340B program.

340B Health strongly encourages all hospitals to participate in this webinar. We will discuss:

• What to expect during the recertification process
• Documentation needed to successfully recertify
• Attestation requirements and legal significance
• Implications and risks of not recertifying
