2026 saw many states introduce, enact, and implement legislation on a range of 340B issues that is poised to continue in the coming year. In this webinar, we will address the following areas of 340B state-level activity:
- An overview of 2026’s enacted contract pharmacy and reporting laws and the pharmaceutical industry’s legal challenges of those laws
- Prospects for additional states to pass contract pharmacy legislation in 2027
We will also provide an overview of state advocacy resources, including tools to help you counter pharmaceutical industry’s criticisms of 340B and hospitals.
