State officials have increasingly shown interest in the 340B program, while pharmaceutical companies and payers have expanded their advocacy on 340B activity at the state level. In this webinar, we will address the following areas related to 340B state-level activity:
- Ongoing efforts to protect 340B providers from discriminatory payer policies
- Actions supporting providers impacted by manufacturers’ refusal to offer 340B pricing for drugs dispensed at contract pharmacies
- Advocacy for and against pro-340B policies
We will also provide an overview of 340B Health’s State Policy and Advocacy Resource Center, including tips on how to engage with your state’s policymakers.
