In 2024, states have continued to introduce, enact, and implement legislation on a range of 340B issues. In this webinar, we will address the following areas of 340B state-level activity:
- Newly enacted contract pharmacy laws, the pharmaceutical industry’s legal challenges of those laws, and prospects for other additional states to pass contract pharmacy legislation in 2025
- Laws and proposed policies requiring hospitals to report a variety of information related to their 340B participation
- Ongoing efforts to protect 340B providers from discriminatory payer policies
We will also provide an overview of new state advocacy resources, including model contract pharmacy legislation and tools to help you counter pharmaceutical industry’s criticisms of 340B and hospitals. We will also review tips on how to engage potential ally organizations and your policymakers.
INTENDED AUDIENCE: C-Suite executives, pharmacy directors, in-house counsel, government relations staff, 340B managers, and compliance officers.
