HRSA continues to audit approximately 200 340B covered entities each year and nearly 80 percent of HRSA’s audits are of hospitals. After six full years of reported audit findings, HRSA continues to post on its public website significant numbers of diversion and duplicate discount findings, and other less common findings, including GPO prohibition violations and database errors.
In this webinar, 340B Health will discuss trends in HRSA audit findings and topics auditors are focusing on during the onsite visits. We will discuss underlying causes of some common findings that may help you strengthen your 340B compliance.
This webinar will focus on the following core elements:
- Recent HRSA audit results and findings
- Compliance areas that auditors are probing during the onsite visit
- Real life examples of hospital errors that became findings; and discussion of how to avoid those errors
- Common risks to 340B compliance such as patient definition errors and strategies for strengthening compliance
