HRSA continues to audit approximately 200 340B covered entities each year and nearly 80 percent of HRSA’s audits are of hospitals. While the number of diversion findings reported by HRSA decreased for hospitals in Fiscal Year 2018, the number of duplicate discount findings increased.
In this webinar, 340B Health will discuss trends in HRSA audit findings related to duplicate discounts and how auditors assess duplicate discount compliance during onsite visits. We will discuss underlying causes of duplicate discount findings and strategies to prevent duplicate discounts. We will hear from a 340B Health member hospital that will share its perspective on duplicate discount prevention.
This webinar will focus on the following core elements:

- Overview of hospital obligations to prevent duplicate discounts
