Join 340B Health on Tuesday, August 18 for this interactive workshop that will help attendees learn about 340B program developments, discuss changes and potential changes to 340B, and maintain compliant 340B programs.
Topics will include:
- An update on the Health Resources & Services Administration’s (HRSA) 340B rebate model program following the withdrawal of HRSA’s 2025 Rebate Pilot Program notice after legal challenges and ways hospitals can support advocacy efforts to oppose future implementation of 340B rebates
- Discussion about manufacturer data sharing demands for all 340B dispenses from in-house pharmacies for access to 340B pricing and related advocacy efforts
- An update on CMS’s proposal to substantially reduce Medicare Part B drug payments for most 340B hospitals paid under the Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS) and ways hospitals can engage in advocacy to oppose the cuts.
- Discussion about the Inflation Reduction Act’s projected impact on 340B savings and operations, including navigating disputes and deduplication of Medicare negotiated prices in the absence of 340B rebates
- The latest developments on 340B legislative proposals and activities on Capitol Hill and the impact of the Administration and Congress on 340B
- Current HRSA audit findings and trends
- An update on manufacturers’ contract pharmacy restrictions
- Trends and developments in 340B-related state policy making and advocacy
- Opportunities to engage in advocacy and communications efforts to protect 340B
