Join 340B Health on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, for this interactive workshop that will help attendees learn about 340B program developments, discuss changes and potential changes to 340B, and maintain compliant 340B programs.
Topics will include:
- An update on HRSA’s 340B rebate pilot program following a federal court ruling temporarily blocking the program, including a discussion of the challenges hospitals identified while preparing for implementation and ways hospitals can support advocacy efforts to oppose future implementation of 340B rebates
- Discussion about the Inflation Reduction Act’s projected impact on 340B savings and operations, including deduplication of Medicare negotiated prices in the absence of 340B rebates.
- The latest developments on 340B legislative proposals and activities on Capitol Hill including the impact of the Administration and Congress on 340B including efforts by the Senate bi-partisan Gang of Six and a potential House counterpart to that effort.
- A review of CMS’s survey of 340B and non-340B hospital drug acquisition costs that is expected to lead to 340B drug payment cuts as early as 2027.
- Current HRSA audit findings and trends
- An update on manufacturers’ contract pharmacy restrictions
- Trends and developments in 340B-related state policy making and advocacy
- Opportunities to engage in advocacy and communications efforts to protect 340B

We encourage hospital and health system CEOs, COOs, CFOs, counsel, government relations/public relations directors, pharmacy directors, pharmacy techs and 340B managers to attend. The event is limited to hospitals and 340B Health corporate partners.
Please note this is an in-person event. A virtural option to participate is not available.
