The dispute between manufacturers and 340B stakeholders over access to 340B pricing for drugs dispensed by contract pharmacies continues in the courts and threatens the 340B benefit safety net health care providers rely on. To recover lost 340B resources, some hospitals have been submitting claims data under manufacturer policies conditioning 340B pricing on providing such data. After about a year of experience in submitting claims data, hospitals are still encountering problems in retaining 340B pricing for their contract pharmacy locations and are allocating significant resources to ensure they maintain 340B pricing and regain it when lost. Join this webinar for an update about what is happening in the dispute and what issues hospitals are experiencing.
