  Laura Brigandi has over fifteen years of experience in government affairs and advocacy and a long track record of grassroots program management. In her current role as Digital and Advocacy Practice Manager for the Public Affairs Council, she oversees all programs, resources, and member services related to grassroots and digital advocacy, including two of the Council's signature events, the Advocacy Conference and the Digital Media and Advocacy Summit.
• Shane Kelley, Senior Director of Member Services, 340B Health
  
  Shane oversees 340B Health membership efforts and Individual Member program. Prior to joining 340B Health, Shane was the director of marketing and community outreach for a nonprofit critical access hospital in Maryland. He earned his MS and BS in Marketing from San Diego State.
