HRSA continues to release reports from audits conducted in 2023 through 2025, with no known reports issued so far for fiscal year 2026 audits. Through in‑depth conversations with audited hospitals, we’ve gained clearer insight into the circumstances behind cited claims, which includes script origination issues and documentation gaps – sharpening our understanding of HRSA’s expectations for 340B compliance. These discussions have also shed light on the complexities of claims processing and facility data management, highlighting several challenges that impact effective oversight.

In this webinar, we will share key observations from recent diversion findings and explore what they mean for covered entities striving to maintain strong 340B compliance. We will also examine emerging trends in duplicate discount findings, common causes of OPAIS record inaccuracies, and practical strategies organizations can use to strengthen internal controls and prepare for a successful HRSA audit.
