Join 340B Health for a webinar that covers the latest information about how the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) will affect your hospital(s). The IRA was signed into law in August of 2022, introducing broad reforms to Medicare prescription drug benefits and pricing, some of which have already gone into effect. Provisions of the IRA will impact 340B reimbursement, ceiling prices, and operations. In late August of 2023, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) announced the first ten Medicare Part D drugs that will be subject to price caps beginning in 2026. We will share more specifics on how IRA the provisions could impact 340B savings overall as well as operations. You will also learn how to model the impact of the price caps on 340B savings for the first ten selected drugs.
