On Tuesday, August 16, 2022, President Biden signed into law the Inflation Reduction Act. For the first time, this landmark law will require Medicare to negotiate the prices of selected Part B and Part D drugs. This and other provisions of the law will impact 340B reimbursement, ceiling prices, and operations.
