Statement Regarding The Leadership of 340B Health
Washington, D.C.—The Board of Directors of 340B Health announces Ted Slafsky’s departure as President and CEO of 340B Health, effective March 22, 2018. For over 20 years, Ted has played a critical role in the organization. We thank him for the dedication, passion, and enthusiasm he has given 340B Health over his many years of service and wish him well in his future endeavors.
We are pleased to announce that effective April 1, 2018, Maureen Testoni, former Senior Vice President and General Counsel of 340B Health, will serve as Interim President and CEO of 340B Health while we conduct a search for a permanent replacement. Maureen has extensive experience with 340B Health, having served the organization for seven years, most recently overseeing advocacy, legal, research, and policy development. Maureen is well known and respected in the 340B community and we are confident that she will successfully lead the organization during this transition.
