340B Compliance Expectations Through Analysis of HRSA Audits Webinar

We can gain key insight into HRSA’s enforcement policies and expectations through analysis of auditors’ focus points, trends in results, and final audit report language. Following a key decision in the Genesis Health Care case in November 2023, which blocked HRSA from requiring the health center to initiate the health care service resulting in a 340B prescription, even greater attention is directed toward HRSA’s expectations when evaluating patient definition. Audits also provide essential knowledge about two other key 340B compliance requirements, duplicate discount prevention and OPAIS records accuracy. In this webinar, 340B Health will discuss HRSA audit trends, focusing on recent compliance expectations for 340B hospitals and parameters around which HRSA is or is not issuing findings.
