Jon is a health care communications leader with a focus on organizational brand and reputation initiatives that increase stakeholder awareness and influence target audiences. He has been responsible for the strategic development and execution of omni-channel, public perception programs centered on product, policy, and corporate communications that shape opinions among key audiences. His more than two decades of experience in Washington, D.C., includes work on Capitol Hill, in the strategic communications group at America’s Health Insurance Plans, and in leadership positions with public relations firms FleishmanHillard, TogoRun, and Ruder Finn. His advocacy communications for organizations and corporations have included work on the Affordable Care Act, arthritis, COVID-19, diabetes, ocular health, oncology, obesity, and rare disease-related therapeutic areas.

“We are thrilled to add such a seasoned, accomplished health communications leader to our team here at 340B Health,” said Maureen Testoni, the organization’s president and CEO. “Jon has a proven track record of implementing comprehensive, compelling messaging and storytelling strategies that raise awareness of and support for health providers serving patients in need.
