340B HEALTH BOARD ELECTS THREE NEW MEMBERS

WASHINGTON, D.C.— The Board of Directors of 340B Health has elected three new members representing hospitals and health systems participating in the 340B drug pricing program. The new members will serve a two-year term.

“We are fortunate to have these three individuals join our Board to help guide this organization forward at a critical juncture in the 340B program’s history. Their knowledge and perspective will enlighten and enliven our discussions,” said Maureen Testoni, the President and Chief Executive Officer of 340B Health.

Mary Edwards is Vice President for Public Policy for Fairview Health Services in Minneapolis, Minn. Fairview Health Services is an award-winning, nonprofit, integrated health system providing exceptional health care across the full spectrum of health care services. Fairview’s 34,000-plus employees and network of 5,000-plus providers embrace innovation and new thinking to drive a healthier future through healing, discovery, and education.

Nicholas R. Gnadt, PharmD, is Director of Ambulatory Pharmacy for UnityPoint Health. UnityPoint Health is an integrated health system serving patients in Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin through its 22 hospitals and more than 310 clinics. He has worked at UnityPoint Health since 2010. In his current role, Nick is involved in 340B programs, medication therapy management programs, and outpatient pharmacies for the entire health system.

Cedric Terrell is Senior Vice President, Chief Pharmacy Executive, and President of the Post-Acute Care Network at Novant Health, a Winston-Salem, N.C.-based integrated delivery network. Novant Health is a not-for-profit integrated system of 15 medical centers and nearly 4,000 physicians and advanced care practitioners in 550 locations, as well as numerous outpatient surgery centers, medical plazas, rehabilitation programs, diagnostic imaging centers, and community health outreach programs.

Dr. Ross is the Chief Executive Officer of Bon Secours Baltimore Health System and Executive Vice President at Bon Secours Health System.
