340B HEALTH BOARD ELECTS TWO NEW MEMBERS

WASHINGTON, D.C.— The Board of Directors of 340B Health has elected two new members representing hospitals and health systems participating in the 340B drug pricing program. The new additions will take effect in July.

Rosland F. McLeod is Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary for SCL Health, headquartered in Denver. She serves as a strategic advisor to SCL Health’s Board of Directors, CEO, and members of the senior leadership team and has responsibility for all legal affairs, insurance, risk management, emergency preparedness, and diversity, equity & inclusivity functions of the health system. She has served in her current role for the past eight years. Prior to joining SCL Health, she was Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Biogen-Idec and a law partner at K&L Gates. She was named by Becker’s Hospital Review to its 2020 list of “African American Leaders in Healthcare to Know.”

Charlton Park, MBA, is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Analytics Officer at University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics, headquartered in Salt Lake City. He oversees the system’s financial planning, budgeting, general accounting, operational and capital financial planning, analytics, contracting, supply chain, and revenue cycle functions. He has been in his current role for the past five years and has been with the University of Utah since 2009. Prior to that, he worked for UnitedHealth Group as a Business Intelligence Analyst and for NextCare Urgent Care as a Clinic Manager.
